REFUND POLICY

Products must be returned within 3 days from delivery date (business day). Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Returned products must have all the original labels attached and be in their original packaging. Maria Pino will not accept returns for any non-faulty items. Items that aren't in the condition, in which they were received, can't be returned. The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business day.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded. Should you wish to exchange an item for an alternative size? Please email us when you request your number and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. As soon as we receive your return, we will dispatch your new size to you after the goods have undergone a quality control check.
All the refunds of any transaction's amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

In order to ensure prompt and timely delivery to our valued customers, MARIA PINO online store partners with the best express delivery services available. Delivery services are selected according to the destination of your shipment, as well as the type of the product(s) being shipped. The cost of shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart and will be added to the total cost of your order on the Checkout screen. The total amount will be charged to you upon your confirmation of payment.

DELIVERY TIMES

In general, shipments in Italy are delivered within four working days. Shipments to the rest of the European Union take approximately five working days. Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately five working days (not accounting for customs delays).
